HR block software is very easy to use and walks you through all the key steps. It allows you to download any of the complicated income statements and filters them into your return seamlessly. Much easier than Turbo Tax.

I love the software and I know it's the best because I use it every year. Why I gave it a four-star review because my family uses the software. We all want to email our taxes the fast way but when five emails are up, you cannot email anymore whether you want to pay or not. They say it's the fastest and best way to do your taxes. I love getting my taxes back early if at all possible. Why not just let others pay for their taxes out of their federal or by credit card?

Good product but I feel the premium version is not as user friendly as the Deluxe. The premium version seems to assume that the user is well versed in tax laws where the Deluxe is more geared to the common filer.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Misleading interview questions on 1040X amendment.

Interview process for 1040X amended return unclear and misleading when entering what taxes already paid to IRS which will return a refund much larger than the additional tax refund owed with the amendment. Needed to contact a tax pro scheduled as second look review which was another disastrous incident (canceled by accountant for no reason given) already reviewed on another survey
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
