I was a volunteer tax preparer for the last few years and this program was much easier to use and just as complete as the software provided by AARP. It only took a couple of minutes to get used to the new navigation process, which was quite intuitive. I didn't need the tutorial sections, but I knew from experience that they would have been very patient and helpful.
