Had problem with last year's software and still have not reached a solution to recover the financial penalties for a subtraction error in the software. Would not recommend anyone buying this if the customer support is this bad.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Although the program is easy to use, every year there are annoying bugs that require calls rot software support. This year the tax planning has no input for SS income.
Pros: Easy to prepare
