I've been using this tax software for several years after using Turbo Tax. H&R Block is easy to install, understand, and use, even for sometimes difficult tax situations, such as royalties and depreciation. Additionally, in the few years I worked in the gig economy, this tax software gave good advice on deductions that I was unaware of. This is a quality product that I will continue to use for the foreseeable future.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

Failed to fix known flaw in software. Flaw cuased rejection by IRS and my state. VERY FRUSTRATING! ALSO COST ME FEES TO SUBMIT STATE RETURN TWICE!
