Flawed - does not compute new child care credit properly and caused us to owe money. They will do nothing helpful to fix the problem. Took us 6 calls to get to the right department.

In general, the software was easy to use. There was one drawback: We had made estimated payments on the State Income Tax, and it was difficult to find where this data should have been entered into the program. We eventually figured it out. but it seemed that the process of figuring this out could have been a bit easier for a "duffer" user like myself.
