I've called numerous times about the software glitch preventing my making a PDF copy of my return. I finally gave up. Your software this year had more errors than ever before. I may have to switch.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Well made software and east to use. Only issue is I had to complete and print my state forms 1st because the Federal was unable to be coded to allow my state pension to be exempt.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
