Waste of money . Not user friendly. Do not buy. Wouldn’t recommend. Turbo tax is better and more usher friendly.

I've had a very disappointing experience with this, though the actual software is okay in terms of ease of use. Their help and customer service are hard to get a hold off, with long hold times and comments that they'll call or get back to you but they don't. Then you're stuck in a loop of having to call again. I still have an open claim out there for over 2.5 years now, which is unacceptable.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the ease of the software and the federal software has served me well for many years. The state software leaves a lot of money on the table for example health care worker tax credits in rural areas and capital gains tax reduction for selling farm land. These can be enormous yet nothing in the state software addresses them which makes me doubt the whole software package.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I have used H&R Block for years and it doesn't make tax time fun but it does make it easier. I just follow the guides and enter the information needed. I do love the fact that last years information is brought forward so I don't have to keep typing in the same information.

Works well with the exception of the error check. Was confusing at times and wouldn't change some of the fields on the tax return. Flagged some non existent errors.
