Because the Arizona State program did not include the very common Form 348, I was forced to fill that form manually and file by mail: not electronically - for which the charge is too high. I will be looking for other alternatives next year.

For the past two years we have used HR Block Premium tax software and have had the IRS take out an additional $3,000+ out of our refund. So, I'm not confident in the software anymore.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
