Right now I would give it one star. I am being audited by the IRS and being denied a credit that was directly recommended by the software. I followed the software and it said I had a low probability of audit.

I've been using the H&R Block software for years now and will continue to use it as it gets the job done and hasn't resulted in an any audit. The one time I didn't purchase the software, I went to a tax professional and ended up getting audited for a sum less than $100.
