Product is good but hard to buy since there is no email promotional system like there used to be. Your regular clients should get an email offer every year and I used to but then it stopped al of a sudden, You need to look at your sales strategies afresh. You are leaving money on the table. Also the product is more money each year and the tax law changes aren't that big. The previous year programs should be just fine with a few necessary changes. That should not be much of a cost for you.
