In the early 2000s, I took the H&R Block Tax Preparer Course and I worked at this profession for about 4 years. However, since I already had a full-time job and Tax Prep was a second job, I found it difficult to do both. I decided to set aside Tax Prep and only prepare taxes for myself and family members. Of course, I chose H&R Block Premium Software for my home computer. It's thorough and easy to follow even for those who have no experience. I love this software and I bet you will too.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I’ve been using H&R Block tax software for years and I am never disappointed. Just follow instructions as each section pops up and users will be on their way to completing their return. Some research must be done but by and large the answers are in the software.

It does OK unless you have a K-1. Then you are on your own a lot. Also, entries made when it determines whether to itemize are left in and the final error check complains.

There was a very serious issue with your server. You kept spamming every few minutes with a message that VA accepted my submittal. I called you repeatedly finally you changed my email to stop it but no follow up after that. No explanation. No apology.
