After completing my taxes using H&R Block, I received a letter from the IRS saying I owed an additional $1,400 because of a one of these issues: a problem with one of my dependents (I did not claim any dependents), my income was over the thresh hold amount (my income fell well under the maximum amount allowed), or an error in calculating. The tax program did all the math for me, but there must've been a mistake.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Why did store copy's of software arrive in April??

As a long time customer, I was very disciplined with to 2021 version. Not as user friendly and several errors . Looked more like Turbo Tax which is not user friendly.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
