For the most part it is the same as the bigger companies, but this year is made mistakes on the State program that has caused some issurs.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I've used H&R Block tax programs for about 10 years and have been very happy with the programs. They have been easy to use and I appreciate the accuracy checks. The programs have been updated before I file with the latest information. The last couple of years with different COVID and impact checks have been a little confusing, and any further explanations about the forms needed and information about the items would be appreciated.
