it has taken me years of using H&R Block to be able to find my way around your software. There are good things and bad things about the software that I use. The good thing is once I have gotten my returns done, the simplicity of getting them to the IRS is simple and straight forward. The bad thing is, no matter what is promised, getting answers to the minor question I have while filling out my forms is moot. I have tried every year to find a way to get answers for some of the information needed to finish my forms. Wishing I had a simple way of finding those answers. It's hard enough trying to make sure I have the figures right without also worrying about finding answers to my problems, this is probably a minor things in the big picture, but to me its a big draw back. Another feature that I hope will be added some day is to have a live person to chat with online instead of that useless computer generated "help center". The help center has never been one bit of help to me. Sorry, I don't mean to come off rude, but you did ask me to fill out this survey... Just to let you know, although I wouldn't necessarily recommend you to my friends, doesn't mean that after a long learning curve I am comfortable with the software now and will continue to use it. Thanks for listening Marilyn
a good choice for tax software, the Q&A entry system makes this easy for most anyone to prepare their own taxes; however, the state program for Missouri does not allow you to prepare and electronically submit the MO-TC form
