The product claims support for K-1, which is why I bought it. But when I got to that section of my taxes, I found that it only about halfway supports K-1's since I got a message that 'this product does not support that feature'. So if there is anything at all not a plain vanilla K-1, you are out of luck, and on your own. I will likely not be buying this product again.

Would not allow e-file due to faulty program. Been a loyal repeat customer for over 15 years. Not next year. Still waiting for refund in June. Paper filed on March 18th.

Having updated my software on or about April 13th - the last purported update, I entered my information and filed for an extension. The extension was accepted. The return was there ready for my final review and filing. Now mysteriously in June, the info is missing. No explanation, no ability to recover. I've already become disenchanted with H&R blocks software as it becomes more and more generic and non user friendly - I will likely return to filing paper returns a la 1990's.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

This year was the worst experience I have ever had with H&R Block software. Some how I got set up with the wrong software, the online version, and it was totally awful. After a couple months of complaining I finally figured out how to get back to the traditional software that I was used to. What a relief. I would otherwise have given a five star rating.
