Inaccuracy with taxes. Got me next to nothing and I should have used Turbo Tax. The IRS actually sent me a letter that I should redo my taxes because H&R software had not given me my full return.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I have been using this for years and never had any problems. This year I had a difficult time downloading the program. I needed help to do that this year. I also had a difficult time finding the deduction page for my small business. It did not automatically ask me for the info I had to search for it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
