I have used H&R Block software for over 20 years and have always enjoyed doing my own taxes (I know that's strange), The software help screens answer my questions and help understand how IRS interprets the laws. We don't have the most complex deductions but we have real-estate investments and IRS has never said our return was incorrect.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Easy to use, accurate, but was not suitable for me as I needed a form not supported. So it was a waste of money in my case.
