When it was taxcut it was a great product, now it is cluttered up piece of garbage. The so called worksheets are difficult to use. I'll use the old paper method. The only benefit is the efile.

I bought this program that advertised the ability to prepare 6 tax returns. On October 15 I submitted my 6th return for e file and got a message I had exceeded my efile limit!!!!!I WAS NOT WARNED!!! I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO FILE A TIMELY RETURN!!!!I. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW 6 TAX RETURN BUT ONLY EFILE 5!!!! IM DISGUSTED!! COULD NOT FIND HELP ON YOUR SOLUTION CENTER AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH A LIVE PERSON, ON OCTOBER THE 15TH !!!!!! NO EFILE SUPPORT!!!@

Would not let me e-file and pdf would not print

The program automatically loaded a prior year AGI from my last year's return which was wrong because I did not file with H&R block, and then it would not let me change it, which I needed to to do for e-file. Then I could not print the PDF to allow me to mail my return.

Glitches prevented e-filing

I bought the premium installed package + 1 state, rather than use the online version. There were glitches with the installed software. As a resulted, I had to print my returns and incur additional costs with Fedex, instead of being able to use the included e-filing option.

NRA status of spouse no where to be found

This product or H&R block falls short (does not include) on very important part of the filling as head of Household as it does not include any information for an NRA spouse
