I ended up inputing data multiple times becuase there were not any direction on how to correct an error

Simple, easy to follow interview. Comprehensive (select the correct program) and very useful Deduction Pro app I have been using H&R for more than a decade - always happy with the result!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The program would crash frequently. I had to make sure to save with each entry so I wouldn't have to enter all over again.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

In previous years it was possible to download tax documents directly from financial institutions. This year, for some reason, mine were not available - specifically, USAA and Schwab.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Not worth the money

I always purchased HR Block to do my taxes and pay extra so that I can E-file, but this year the E-file wouldn't work do to a glitch in the software so I paid extra money for NOTHING.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
