The price of the software is reasonable. The software is very user friendly and easy to use for the average individual.

Had problem down loading state and final federal adjustments to forms. I needed to contact the helpline twice. I had never needed to do so before. Soft wear was not as easy to use as previously.Ric

Brought this for many years. This year first time I e-filed , it glitched and didn't except return. Reason came back e-file need update, that I would have to wait a week to update. In the meantime I got 13 to 14 emails saying rejected, then accepted day after day for 2 days. I was upset to say the least. Updated it today and it accepted it. Will see how it goes.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but not "Great"

I like that the software imports previous year's data. It is good with basic income but I expected the Premium SW to be better with 1099-MISC docs for DSTs. It didn't seem to cover them or at least did not guide me well as to how they should be entered.

Did my taxes, which were much more complicated than in previous years due to several inheritances we received last year. The software walked me through it with no issues.

Great tax reporting! But...

I love the streamlined way it guides you through all your income. However I do thing the software falls short when it's time to report your crypto earnings/losses. I know it's a bit niche for now but It'll get more popular over time and TurboTax seems to be leading the way.
