You let me down this year.

I have purchased the H&R Block software for over 20 years. I have been very satisfied until this year. This year, I paid for the software but my return can not be completed because I need Form 8915-F. This form is not available. So I will need to finalize the return by hand while also filling out the Form 8915-F. Maybe you should put a warning label on the download instructions to not use your service if this form is needed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great software - But a but this year

I have used H&R Block Tax software for 15 years and always found it intuitive and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Usually give it a 5-star, but this year there was some kink in the software that the support line could not resolve and basically just left me hanging. I did a tacky work around, putting in a number I knew was not correct just to satisfy the software since I knew that particular form (Schedule A) would not end up in my final submission. But not cool!
I would recommend this to a friend!
