Much prefer to Turbotax

Extremely Thorough

Have used HR Block software for 15 years and I love it. This year I had many things going on. I retired, financed a house that I sold which was a rental property, and received social security payments. The software guided me through all of this mess. I am very happy with HR Block tax software.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Premium & Business should handle Trust Income

Everything was good, except that when I got to entering K-1 info from a Trust, the program said I had to print off the necessary forms, figure them out on my own, and file a paper return. It is too confusing, so I have to take it to an accountant to complete.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to prepare
