Thanks for all the thoughtful features you have incorporated into this software! The feature that allows us to upload information from banking/security accounts was a pleasant surprise for us this year! Never had to use that before and was not looking forward to the learning curve of securities but you guys made it so smooth!! Thank you!!

Excellent Except for Missing Update

I love the software and depend on it every year. However, Texas had a winter storm declaration that provided us with an extra month to file. As I'm trying to file at the last minute, I learn the software does not recognize the extra extension time for Texas. When I called for help I was told to file my return. Very stressful time going to the store to print and the post office 20 miles away to mail my return.

Cons: Time consuming

It’s a very good software. It figured out a significantly higher refund than I anticipated. However, I didn’t know that I have pay extra for state filing.
