I can't open one of my files that I need to finish without starting over. Much as we pay for these programs, they need to be designed and trouble shoot better.
The software isn’t very easy to use and is only slightly better than doing taxes by hand. Not worth the money at all if you need to file in more than one state. I will not use it again.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Interface is easy to navigate, accuracy review is very helpful and filing is simple. Program could be enhanced to support small business owners. Completing Schedule C was complicated and led to dead ends which couldn't be overridden manually.
Was frustrating to use. Upgraded to Premium so I could get tax advice from an Advisor. Even during regular hours, could only access a useless virtual advisor. Never figured out how to use. Waste of $ to upgrade.
I have used this software for several years. It is always quick and accurate. This year I had to add Kansas to my state returns. The program made it easy.
