Software worked fine. Problem is with H&R support. Was charged twice for state filing. After waiting being passed off 3 times in 3.5 hours it was still not resolved. Always got same response "l am not authorized to issue refund transferring you to another section.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
