Should be able to print topics and certain screens from program. Also, more ability to ask questions when guidance is not detailed would be helpful. Some of the Whole Form screens are quite confusing. Also, not everything transfers from Federal to State forms. Room for improvement.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I think this might be the last year I use their software. I had to do mine couple of times and each time I got a different amount for the refund using the same number. GARBAGE!

State programs for MA and RI are not ideal. MA won’t let you e-file if you have other state tax credit. You can’t e-file RI if filing a non-resident return.
