If you have a mac and a pc and they will send you a copy of the software you need in the format you need if you call them since you are allowed to file 5 returns. Also, they told me the state return filing fee is included in cost of software abs it is not.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

I've used HR Block tax software for years, wouldn't think of switching. Very easy to go through the process, if you have questions they have the answers available in the software, and you can always contact them if you need assistance. I have not had any problems with filing my taxes since using HR Block.
