Verified Purchase:Yes
This is the Second year in a row that US IRS rejected H&R Block Electronic Filing stating "Prior year Adjusted Income" does not match IRS records. In both cases the number entered for filing purposes was populated by the H&R block software. (No amended returns were filed)

Problems with loading the program not using the it

I had a difficult time loading the program on my computer. I prefer getting a disk that I can load. Doing the program was very easy to use. I have use it for many years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Second year in a row I've gotten cheated out of the free state package that's supposed to be included with the Premium 2020 version. But this is definitely my last year using H&R Block tax software
