My fourth year with HR Block and am glad to receive each year's software in the mail. My taxes are moderately complicated for a single filer, but I get through easily thanks to the HR Block program: Clear questions, helpful side panels and ways to skip over what I don't need. It's the only software I need.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
