This software looks like it's straight out of the 90's. It's clunky, slow, and confusing. I will be using a competitor software next year.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I've used this software for years. I used to work for HRB so familiar with doing taxes. This is not very user friendly when you need to go back and fix something. OK to initially input data.

Nobody likes to do their taxes. Using a service is fine, but I also dont like gathering my receipts and documents to bring to someone for this process. This is so easy. I am a normal person with an average income and expenses. This is so easy. It walks through every step. It explains what the form number is and why it is needed. It is so easy. It then checks for accuracy.
