HR Block software made it easy and quick

This year was complex, I couldn't have done it on my own without the HR Block Premium software. My business had a bad year, but that wasn't as challenging as having three children added to my household. Thanks, HR Block.

Transfers information from previous years. No greedy up charge for sch c filers as turbo tax tried to do many years ago. Instantly switched to H&R Block and never looked back.

Generally Great Software

I bought the Premium over the Deluxe because I was led to believe it had much greater help with residential rental property. With rules like 2% of Book Value as a restriction on expenses, the software should catch that. (It is certainly an algorithm.) Also, it could use more guidance on what to capitalize and how to capitalize (MACRS, SL, life, etc.). Minimal guidance in these areas.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming
