Simple information prompts, identifying what to include, and what numbers are already included (for example if Medicare is paid through social security the insurance costs are already identified on your SSA-1099, do not include again). VERY HELPFUL

In the last 3 or 4 years I have used H&R Block software. Before I had used Turbo-Tax. I find the H&R Block to be much more user friendly and I like the fact that I always have a new disc mailed to me for the current filing by the 10th-15th of January each year. As soon as I get it, I get it registered, paid for and loaded and begin my return with the information I already have and also to go through everything to make sure I have pulled all the paper work that will be needed to complete my tax return. This really helps in getting my return in early and my refund back fast. Thanks!!!
