I like the simplicity and ease of use. If I had one criticism, the software does not completely cover K-1forms and causes you to search for answers.

Could not submit online return. Used four of my free submittals. All rejected said the 2019 AGI submitted did not match what IRS had on file. Got the IRS transcript, quadruple checked the numbers, then checked again, all matched perfect, all submittals rejected for this reason. IRS site has a bug, or H&R software has a bug, either way using H&R software to do this did not work.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
