Program worked okay until I wanted to file my state. They charged my credit card twice and I still had to mail it in because they wanted my credit card information again to send my state after it was rejected by the federal for an error.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Unfamiliar format, but everything works!

I used TurboTax in the past, but tried this as it's about half the price. It was an unfamiliar format, but I got the hang of it, and everything went through!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming
