It was not a good experience. Had trouble pulling on last year’s tax info, duplication just going through the questions. I don’t feel confident in my return. Will be using Turbo Tax next year.

I like the ability to take pictures of a document and have it load. I am disappointed that after joint federal I can’t file separately in NYS with my wife a resident and me a non resident also if I enter my schedule A deductions they should carry forward to NY even if I use standard deduction on the federal

Everything works well, but it's sometimes difficult to navigate and find exactly what you need to enter. "Magic Number" appear in the forms and there's often no explanation why the numbers are there. The review process works well, provided that your tax needs fall within the questionaire. If your needs are outside of the review process, then you will have some troubles finding your way out. There is a similar issue with first-time users, since the program seems to assume the ability to import information.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
