I trust H&R Block tax software. I have been using it for my personal and self-employment taxes for well over 10 years and find it easy to use and always accurate. I really like that it first copies basic info from previous year's taxes and then asks you to verify or update for the new year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

The program worked well. Someone else installed it for me, but he seemed to not have problems. The most problems I had were on the forms sent to me, not your program.

It is mostly user friendly to use the program but still have not heard back about a claim made in Dec. due to MO tax not paid & had pay penalty & interest.
