Good but... had issue with code to send to IRS. Rep on phone said it would take 5 days to fix. went back online to see in 4 days and was able to get the code asap!!

No. Paid for it twice, still has not efiled my return. Sitting in limbo. Says prior year AGI didn’t match IRS when I am LOOKING AT MY PRIOR YEAR AGI. it matches. Complete cluster and waste of money.

I have been a user of H & R tax prep software for many years. I have always been satisfied until this year. I bought a version early in the season. My computer died and I was forced to pay again. DON'T YOU DARE TELL ME I CAN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER I SPENT MULTIPLE HOURS IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET A REFUNDED VERSION.

Detailed information is included for the more complicated returns, although accessing some of the information can be difficult. I needed help and twice, after waiting for an advisor for over an hour, I was cut off. I waited on the chat line for over two hours before receiving a response.
