I was able to do my taxes on my own using this software. It helps you step-by-step, although sometimes it can be a bit confusing as you do not know for sure if it is asking for a certain item to be entered now or will it be revisited later. This could also be because it was my first time using the software. It does find (and let you know) a lot of deductions that you might have forgot about, such as, deprecation of an item used for work.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this software for years and it is very user friendly. You have to pay for pro help though that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it leads you to believe it is free. Other than that it is great for tax preparation.

Not for filing printed on every page

Apparently there is no way to turn off "Not for Filiing" on every page - Super Annoying.
