The accuracy review expects me to know exactly what to fill in. I expect the software I paid for to do that. There were issues including blank boxes with missing values which makes me question the job the software did on my return.
It's a easy-to-use software doing a lot of math and checking tax credits. I'd rate it better if it 1) doesn't need internet to show help content like earlier version; 2) leaves irrelevant fields blank rather than zeros; 3) avoids going through irrelevant steps, i.e. let user select standard deduction and skip itemized deductions entirely. Some steps are specific for rental loss, which should be skipped if there is only rental profit.
