I use this every year and have been for over 10 years! It is so easy to import last year information and basically have a template to fill in the blanks with your updated income and expense values. Very easy to use! I do my whole family's returns with the 5 free efiles!

Not worth the time or energy to figure out. This software was not user friendly AND it made ME fill out parts of the forms. I mean, why have software if YOU have to do the work. Also, it missed several deductions I had gotten with TurboTax before. Think I'll be sticking with TurboTax from now on.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
