Ok if you have a simple return. I upgraded to premium because of a k-1 form. It handled it for federal, but not for state return as i expected. I ended up needing to do manual overrides after consulting with state dor. Seemed for more money they would consult, but past experience told me it would have been a waste of money. If you have a straight forward return it is easy to use and works well. It you run into any snags they dont care and abandon you, and you feel like you wasted money.
Pros: Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good tax software. The only thing is that they ask the same questions, year over year, which is fine and what they are suppose to do. But they keep switching up the order of the questions and it makes it a little hard to follow while doing your taxes.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Solid tax software. The best thing to know is that once you start using this software is that year after year you can import from the prior year and the program becomes better in tune with what your tax needs are. I'll also add to this that you can do more than one set of taxes, I do my adult kid's taxes (3 of them) and there are other versions to fit pretty much any tax need you might have.
