I've used the Premium software two years in a row now. It's easy to navigate and one of the better priced software options out there. As an expat freelancer who used accountants for years, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to manage all the exceptions to my tax status. Yet, the software seamlessly walked me through everything I needed to account for without making me feel stupid, caught mistakes I made, and made sure I was taking advantage of all the possible write offs. Turns out doing taxes doesn't have to be a huge inconvenience.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used this product for the last 5 years for the last 2 years I have had technical problems with the home office (8829) portion of the software package. Getting live support is quite challenging but I will persevere
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The software is fairly intuitive. To get a full 5 stars for user experience, there would probably have to be changes in the tax laws.
