Worst tax software ever used. Will not buy again.

Had to delete my entire return and rerun it because the return amount would change when I changed no variables in my return. Also for "fixing" errors that the program created in my return it would through me to the form and tell me to manually move values from one line to another. Absolutely did not feel like an optimized return, did what I could just to be done with the program and plan to never try again. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had filing taxes in 25 years of doing my own taxes.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Program is very user friendly and has a “running “ total of your refund or your debt as you progress through the various input steps. This feature lets you know where you stand as you go through the input process.

would be nice to have forms tree (e.g. Win 10 Explorer) on left side to see what forms I have already completed or am currently working on; sometimes have to jump back & forth to various forms, tables, etc; have option to show/hide those forms
