Easy to follow and got me a fat return. Explanations were clear when I didn't understand a term. For reference I'm 24 and this is my 2nd time doing my own taxes. No major investments so it's easier. I got 2,700 federal and another 500 state. NOT BAD!

They don't support Robinhood Stock Brokerage!!!

I used to be very happy, but then I found out that you don't import from ROBINHOOD stock brokerage. Well I am leaving your service as I had to enter in stock sale manually!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was really annoying!!!

I’ve used their product for years and find it very easy to use. It walks you through questions if you aren’t sure about anything. I use for personal taxes but also have self employed and rental home income to include. It makes it easy.
