This probably works well if everything is working fine. But if you have something more complicated, and software related, then you're better off just giving up than trying to get in touch with tech support. The online chatbot is quite dumb and does not give you any helpful information. Calling the phone number takes you through a bunch of automated messages and when you try to reach a live person, good luck, you'll be in line for over an hour before they just drop your call.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
