This company stole my stimulus money

I’m upset that my stimulus ache k was sent to your company and NOT me!! When will you reject the funds so they can be returned to the it’s so they can issue me a check ???? Your company just stole my money!!! I demand action.

The software works if you are knowledgeable in taxes. Wait times are interminable if you need to receive help, and finally getting through (35 minutes for me) only to be thrown off to start waiting over again (25 minutes) is common.

It would be better if you could first do a quick calculation of total deductions rather than having to go through them line by line to see if standard deduction is clearly the obvious choice. Also there should be an easy link to report apparent program errors. State tax e file should also be free.
