I had 2 state returns & you would have gotten a 5 star if they could work together since I had to call the state I live in to see how to get credit from the other return.

Being using this software for 6 years. All is good until you needed help. Tried on two computers and program keeps error with ssl connection problem. Cannot get state program and cannot efile. Support said to turn off the firewall. Reluctantly and it still doesn't work. What kind of program that need you to lower your security protection for it to work. Never to use again.
