The software is average. It gets the job done but doesn't allow you to e-file two state returns. Only one is allowed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I'm a veteran User of HRBLOCK tax software (20 yrs), and have compared it to other products out there, but always end up back with their products. The "interview process" in their software, and the fact that they stand behind their product with "human" Audit support are my favorite features. I've used their product for Self-Employed Businesses, private home sale, multi-state work and always felt confident that I've saved the most I can.
