I have used H & R Block software for years. I have not done any accounting coursework but find it amazingly simple to maneuver and after the built in check system is utilized I feel confident in what I am presenting to the IRS. Thank you H & R Block for making something that is usually dreaded a much easier process!

The H&R Block software is very easy to use. You also have the support of the H&R Block company if you need help. The Premium edition had the ability to enter information from a K-1 sheet, giving me the ability to get my tax credit. The deluxe version did not have that capability. I really like using this software to pay my taxes.

Downloading problems & updates to the program. Had to do workarounds to get the program downloaded and then at the end of the program it would not do an update to send the file to the IRS. In over ten years of using these programs I have had zero problems until now..
