Each phase is so easy to get to and to understand.

No software support!

After having my taxes prepared by a professional over the last 3 years, I decided to do my own taxes this year. The process is simple enough, but the software problem - unable to download state return - was such a hassle.
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screen freezes when reloading

No problems using the application on Windows 10

While I started 2016 taxes with the online premium version, I found it is incomplete. I had to purchase the application (downloaded from Amazon). As in past years using the DVD premium version, I had no problems filing Federal, Ohio, and Ohio School District taxes. The interview process is well designed with Help where needed. It also uploads information from employer (retired) W-2, and brokerage institutions - making the whole job very easy, and accurate.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

So much easier than Turbo Tax

Wow. This is great. I am really impressed by how easy doing the taxes was with this software. I've used Turbo Tax for decades - I've been scared to use anything else. I'll NEVER go back to TT - I'll be using HR Block from now on. Thank you!!!
